Nicole & Terran launched Jordy Luxe Transactions, LLC in October 2021 after identifying a gap in the real estate industry. There was a need for an all-in-one style transaction coordination business. One that not only handles transaction management but also provides a comprehensive experience for agents by offering the Agent Toolbox that equips agents with various templates needed even BEFORE going under contract, knowledge sharing amongst Jordy Luxe agents, and creating a community of support.

The Jordans are a family of 5 that take pride in growing their business while juggling the chaotic yet fulfilling life as parents. They are passionate about their work and credit their daily inspiration to succeed in life to their children.

 

Nicole's accolades include: being a Licensed Agent since 2015, a Certified Project Manager, a background in Business Management and is fluent in Spanish. These skills and experiences have provided Nicole with first-hand knowledge to understand what specifically will help an agent before, during, and after the transaction process. Terran's background consists of IT, management, and real estate; creating the perfect team.
